Nancy's focus is on body alignment and through each asana (pose) and breath work, she helps her students heal mind, body, and spirit. Classical Hatha using the B.K.S Iyengar method, which translates as Hatha style using props such as blocks, blankets and straps to aid in postural alignment along with breath control.(Pranayama). Overall a gentle therapeutic style.
